Delete your account
On the waiting list?
Enter the mobile number or email you joined with, and your entry is removed from the list straight away.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Sahrat and, on the home screen, open Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- If you have an account, confirm it one of these ways: a code sent to your phone, or Apple, Google, Facebook or Snapchat. Your account is deleted at once.
Never signed in with an account? You can delete your game the same way, with no proof needed: Settings, Delete my account, then Delete for good.
No longer have the app?
Send us the mobile number or email address you signed in with. We confirm it is yours, then delete the account.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, flag, friends and blocks, and your place on every board, from our website and from the game server. Unspent gems and table coins are lost and cannot be refunded here; refunds of purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Records we must keep by law (purchases) are kept, without your name. On our website, every report you filed and every report about you is deleted with your account. The game server keeps only an anonymous safety record of reports (identifiers, no name), and reports you filed that were never sent are deleted. Backups roll off within 14 days.
