These are Sahrat’s default rules. Where tables differ from one majlis to another, the difference is a table option, and every option is free.
1The idea
Each player has four pawns in their base. Roll the die, move your pawns round the track, and the first to bring all four home wins.
2Players and colours
- Two or four players.
- With four: red, green, yellow and blue, in that order; red starts.
- With two: red against yellow, on opposite sides.
3The board
- The shared track has 52 squares, and each colour starts from its own start square.
- After a full lap you turn into your own home column (5 squares), then home.
- Safe squares: every colour’s start square, and the star eight squares after it. A pawn on a safe square cannot be captured.
4Your turn
- Roll the die.
- Choose which pawn moves by the number rolled. If only one pawn can move, it moves by itself.
- If you have no legal move, the turn passes on.
5Sixes
- A pawn leaves the base only on a six.
- A six gives you another roll.
- Three sixes in a row: the third six is not played and the turn passes to the next player. The moves you made with the first two sixes stand.
6Capturing
- Land on an opponent’s pawn (not on a safe square) and it goes back to its base.
- A capture gives you another roll.
- Your own pawns can share a square.
- No blocks: two pawns of one colour on a square do not stop anyone passing, and both can be captured.
7Home
- You must reach home with the exact number. If the roll is more than the squares left, that pawn cannot move.
- Bringing a pawn home gives you another roll.
8Winning
- With two: the first to bring all four pawns home wins and the match ends.
- With four: first, second and third places are played out until one player is left.
9At the table
- You have 15 seconds for each step. When time runs out, the game rolls or moves for you.
- If you lose your connection, your seat is kept for 60 seconds.
- Free tables: if a table does not fill, a bot labelled «لاعب آلي» (bot) takes the seat. If you leave or stay away longer than 60 seconds, a bot plays for you until you come back and take your seat again.
- Coin tables: never any bots; the table waits for real players. Table coins are earned by playing and never sold. Every player’s entry is held at the start; after the 10% table fee, the winner takes the rest with two players, and with three or four players first place takes 70% and second 30%. A player who leaves, or does not come back within 60 seconds, loses their entry and their pawns leave the board.
- If the server itself stops a match, every entry is refunded in full.
10Fair dice
Every roll comes from a secret fixed before the first roll, together with a number your phone adds. When the match ends the secret is revealed, and you can recompute every roll yourself on the «تحقق» (Verify) page.
